Frequently asked questions
General
Your floral investment goes far beyond the flowers themselves. It includes the creative direction, custom design, sourcing, processing, mechanics, labor, delivery, installation, and countless behind-the-scenes details that bring everything together. Each Blush wedding is created specifically for your celebration from start to finish.
Absolutely. Being upfront about your investment helps us design intentionally from the beginning. We'll guide you toward the floral moments that will make the greatest impact and recommend where to prioritize your budget. If your vision and investment don't quite align, we'll be transparent about what's possible and help you explore thoughtful alternatives.
Yes! We know wedding plans evolve. Your initial proposal gives us a beautiful starting point, and we'll refine the details as your wedding approaches. Changes are always subject to availability, timing, and the terms outlined in your contract.
Yes. À la carte florals are available for couples who need a smaller selection of pieces without full-service design and installation. Availability and offerings may vary depending on your wedding date and floral needs.
For full-service weddings, delivery and professional setup are part of the Blush experience. Installation, teardown, travel, and any additional on-site services are customized based on the needs of your wedding and will be clearly outlined in your proposal.
It can. Blush is based in Billings and travels for weddings throughout Montana. Weddings outside our local service area may require additional travel, delivery, accommodations, or staffing depending on the location and scope of the installation. Any associated costs will be discussed upfront and included in your proposal.
Often, yes—and we love giving beautiful flowers a second moment! When the design, timing, and venue logistics allow, we'll recommend ways to repurpose ceremony florals throughout your reception. Not every installation can safely be moved, so we'll only recommend repurposing when it makes sense without compromising the flowers or the overall design.
We recommend reaching out 9–12 months before your wedding, especially for peak wedding season. That said, if your date is coming up sooner, don’t be afraid to ask! If we have your date available, we’d love to hear what you’re dreaming up.
Yes. Our full-service weddings have a minimum floral investment OF $1,5OO to ensure we can provide the level of design, service, and attention to detail that defines the Blush experience. Your final investment will depend on your floral needs, guest count, venue, flower selections, and overall design scope.
Absolutely! Blush is based in Billings, Montana, but we love creating for weddings beyond our hometown. We help serve celebrations all throughout Montana, with travel fees determined by location and the scope of your wedding.
Please send it our way! Pinterest is a great way for us to understand the colors, textures, and overall feeling you’re drawn to. We’ll use your inspiration as a starting point rather than something to copy, creating a design that feels uniquely yours.
That’s what we’re here for! You don’t need to know a single flower name. Tell us your colors, show us what you love, describe how you want your wedding to feel, and we’ll guide you through the rest.
Yes. For our full-service weddings, we can take care of delivery, setup, installation, and wedding-day floral styling. Teardown and removal of installations or rental pieces can also be included when needed. We’ll outline exactly what your wedding requires in your custom proposal.
Often, yes! We love finding thoughtful ways to give your flowers a second moment. When the design and logistics allow, ceremony florals can sometimes be repurposed at your reception. We’ll consider this during the design process and recommend where repurposing makes sense without compromising the overall look or risking damage to the flowers.
